Return items within 30 days. Sale items are final sale. Contact support@vrailuxe.com to start a return. We'll send a return label and instructions. Refunds processed within 72 hours of receiving the item.

We accept returns for items in original condition with tags. Worn, washed, or stained items can't be returned. Final sale items are also non-returnable. Questions? Contact us!

We are excited to announce that we working to offer offer international shipping to Canada. However, we are still working on expanding our shipping options to reach customers all over the world. We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about when international shipping will be available in your country. We recommend referring to our size guide, which provides body measurements to compare against. Please note that this is a recommendation only and does not provide measurements of the garments themselves. If you are slightly bigger than any of the recommended size measurements, we always recommend sizing up, not down, as many of our fabrications are non-stretch. If you have any further questions or concerns about sizing, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
